iProX Treatment Applications
Hair Removal
Utilizing the principle of selective photothermolysis, the iProX targets hair follicles in the active phase of the growth cycle, using heat energy to simultaneously damage and impair their ability to regenerate, leading to permanent reduction of hair in the treatment areas.
For acne therapy, broad-spectrum light penetrates the skin to eliminate bacteria and help the skin regulate sebum and oil gland production to reduce the root cause of acne. It also helps to stimulate collagen production to improve the appearance of skin and reduce post-treatment scarring.
Acne Therapy
The iProX emits a broad spectrum of light with specific wavelengths that are selectively absorbed by the hemoglobin in the targeted blood vessels. This absorption converts light energy into heat, selectively damaging the blood vessels and reducing inflammation while minimizing damage to surrounding tissues.
